SECT. III. SECT. VII. SECT. VIII. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That if any stockholder, whether original subscriber or assignee, after thirty days notice in two of the public papers in Philadel phia, one of which shall be in the German language; and also in the Pittsburgh Commonwealth, Crawford Messenger, and Western Press, respectively, of the time and place appointed for the payment of any proportion, or instalment of the said capital
