No. 302.

DISQUALIFICATION OF CERTAIN CIVIL OFFICERS.

LETTER

FROM

THE SECRETARY OF WAR.

TRANSMITTING,

A communication from the commanding general of the first military district, relative to the disqualification of certain civil officers by the State convention.
