Quota was 154,657 in 1953-1956 (Presidential Proclamation 2980 of June 30, 1952); 154,857 in 1957; 154,957 in 1958; 154,857 in 1959; 154,887 in 1960; 156,487 in 1961; 156,687 in 1962; 156,987 in 1963; and 158,561 in 1965.
