my seid sonnes or their yssue to whom I have by this my last will geven or devised any of the seid manours londes tenementes and heredytamentes before mencyoned shall hereafter make any bargayn sale or alienacion or do or suffer to be don any acte or actes by reason wherof the seid manours londes tenementes and heredytamentes shall or may not reverte remayne and go accordyng to the true entent and meanyng of this my last will otherwise then for the makyng of a joynter for any of their wiffes for the terme of their lyffes only or for leases to be made for the terme of xxj yeres and not above upon whiche leases the accustomed rentes shalbe yerely reserved and payable to the same lessours and suche their heires as the same londes so to be letten ben before appoynted to remayne and be unto by this my will without any fraude or covyn.
