An Act to appropriate the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars, and the walls and buildings of the old Penitentiary, to the Trustees of the Lunatic Asylum, for the purpose of enlarging the buildings for the colored patients, to fit up a number of rooms in the main building, and to make other improvements and repairs, as set forth in their official report to the Governor for the year 1878, and for other purposes.
