On and after the 15th instant, the fire bells of the Department will be rung for fires as follows, viz. :

The Post-office tower bell from 8 A. M. to 6 P. M., at all stations south of Fortieth street, and for second and third alarms at all stations south of Ninety-sixth street. From 6 P. M. to 8 A. M., at all stations south of Thirteenth street, and for second and third alarms at all stations south of Fortieth street.

The Spring street, Marion, Essex, Union, and Jefferson tower bells at all stations south of Fifty-ninth street, and for second and third alarms at all stations south of Ninety-sixth street.

The Twenty-fifth street, Thirty-third street, and Fifty-first street tower bells at all stations between Canal and Rutgers streets and Ninety-sixth street, and for second and third alarms at all stations south of One Hundred and Thirty-sixth street.

The Yorkville tower bell at all stations north of Twenty-third street, and for second and third alarms at all stations north of Thirteenth street. The Mount Morris tower bell at all stations north of Eightieth street, and for second and third alarms at all stations north of Fifty-ninth street.
