othly, The drawer must principally look to the direction of the bill, that it be true, and directed to the right perfon. 11thly, They muft both obferve, that the place where the payment is to be made (and the coin or fpecie in which the bill is to be paid) be fully exprelfed in the fuperfcription or body of the bill; and if the drawer draw upon one not living at the place where the bill is intended to be paid, then the remitter muft observe, that as well the place where the perfon lives that is to pay, as the place where payment is to be made, be expreffed.
