Better Passenger Train Service wanted. Commission went over this line and found complaint justified. The company promised to reduce the number of loaded cars and increase the number of trainmen, so as to enable the mixed passenger and freight train to make schedule time and thus remove one of the great causes of complaint. Since this new arrangement went into effect no further complaint has been heard from that locality, except that through train from St. Paul has been late frequently, thereby delaying St. Vincent train.
