and cause the same to be recorded in any other county, where the said lands, tenements or hereditaments, may be in the same manner as the original instrument is, or may by law be required to be recorded; and in making such record, the certifi cate aforesaid, shall be recorded along with such copy, and the record of such copy and certificate, shall have the same validity and legal effect, as the record of the original instrument.

AN ACT

To regulate the times of holding the Judicial Courts.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That the Supreme Court shall be holden in the several counties at the times hereinafter mentioned, to wit: In the Times of holcounty of Pike on the twenty-ninth day of March; in the ding the Su county of Jackson on the third day of April; in the county of preme Court. ness is such as to justify and require it, to continue the term of the court in any county, beyond the term allotted for holding the court in said county.

Sec. 2.
