anywife relating thereto, fhall be, and are hereby indemnified for having applied any fuch Money as aforefaid, in as full and ample Manner as they would respectively have been in cafe fuch Money had been applied in purchafing or providing any House or Place for the Reception of the Poor within the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square and that the faid House may be continued and used as an additional Workhoufe for the Poor of the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square; and all Expences attending the fame, and alfo all Charges and Expences occafioned by or attending the obtaining and paffing of this Act, fhall and may be defrayed out of any Money raised, or to be raised, by the Rates made, or to be made for the Relief of the Poor of the said Parish.

III. And be it further enacted and declared, That the faid House and Premises fo purchased as aforefaid, fhall, during the Time the fame fhall continue to be used as a Workhoufe for the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square (but no longer), be deemed to be within and Part of the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square, and fhall be freed and exempt from all Taxes, Rates, and Affeffments, now or hereafter to become due and payable within the faid Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea, and alfo from all Dues and Payments now or hereafter to become due and payable to the Rector of the faid Parish.

IV. And, in order to make Compenfation to the Compenfafaid Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea, and to the faid tion to be Rector, for any Lofs they may fuftain on Account made to the of exempting the faid House from Taxes and other Luke, &c. Payments as aforefaid, be it further enacted, That the Churchwardens of the faid Parish of Saint

George Hanover Square, for the Time being, fhall and are hereby authorised and required to pay, or caufe to be paid, to the Churchwardens of the faid Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea, for the Time being, for the Ufe of the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea, the clear annual Sum of Six Pounds Thirteen Shillings and Four-pence, and to the Rector of the faid Parish for the Time being, for his own Use, the clear annual Sum of Three Pounds Three Shillings; which refpective Payments fhall be made within Twenty Days next after Easter in every Year.

V. Provided nevertheless, That if at any Time the faid Houfe fhall cease to be made ufe of as a Workhouse for the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square, then and from thenceforth the faid annual Payments to the Churchwardens and George's, the Rector of the faid Parish of Saint Luke Chelfea annual Payfhall cease, determine, and be no longer paid or payable; and the faid House and Premifes fhall from thenceforth cease to be Part of the said Parish of Saint George Hanover Square, and shall again become and be Part of the faid Parish of St. Luke Chelsea, and fhall be subject to all fuch Rates, Taxes, Affeffments, Dues, and Payments, as the fame would have been in cafe this Act had not been made; any Thing herein-before contained to the contrary hereof notwithstanding.

VI. And be it further enacted, That the Inhabiof St. Luke's tants of the faid Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea, fhall be indemnified by the Churchwardens of the faid Parish of Saint George Hanover Square, from all Cofts and Charges that may happen to the Inhabitants of the faid Parish of Saint Luke Chelfea, on account of or with respect to any Person or Perfons

VII. And be it further enacted, That this Act Publick A&. fhall be deemed and taken to be a Publick Act; and fhall be judicially taken Notice of as fuch, by all Judges, Justices, and other Persons, without fpecially pleading the same.
