§ 2. The time of completion of the said Racine and CHAPTER 281 Raymond Plank Road is hereby extended for the term Time extended. of two years from and after the first day of March, A. D., 1858.

CHAPTER 281.

AN ACT to amend chapter 389 of the Private and Local Laws of 1857, entitled "an act to provide for laying out a state road therein named.

The people of the State of Wisconsin, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows:

SECTION 1. Section one of chapter 389 of the Pri- Amendment. vate and Local laws of 1857 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "Jonathan" a capital "C,' so as to read "Jonathan C. Hall and Willian Brunquest,' &c.

2. This act shall take effect from and after its passage.

Approved May 15, 1858.

The Secretary of State of the State of Wisconsin does hereby certify that the laws printed in this book have been compared with the original acts deposited in the office, and that they appear to be correctly printed.
