The sum of 1d., or 10 centimes out of each rate, is chargeable for every 75 grammes or fraction of 74 grammes, and the remaining portion of each rate increases by the following scale:Up to the weight of 15 grammes From 15 to 30 grammes Four rates. Six rates. One rate. From 30 to 60 grammes Two rates. From 60 to 90 grammes And so on, adding two rates for every 30 grammes. In addition to the rates set down in Columns 4 and 5 of this Table, the Office of Sardinia must account to the British Office at the rate of 1 franc per 30 grammes, net weight, in repayment of the French transit rate.
