NOTICE. In consequence of a fire which, on the morning of the 1st October, 1835, consumed a large portion of the American Jurist for the quarter ending with that month, the publication has been delayed till January, 1836. The next number will be issued in April, and will commence a new volume. The consequence of this change will be, that our year will commence with the month of April, instead of the month of January as heretofore, intermitting, therefore, one quarter in the regular series of the Journal.
