This company was organized the present year to build a road from the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad tracks, near the William street crossing, in the city of Buffalo, and passing easterly and northerly of the city parks to the tracks of the Buffalo and Niagara Falls branch of the same road near Black Rock station, intersecting same and extending thence to such point on the Niagara river as may be

necessary to connect with a bridge across said river where the same is about being constructed.

The work of surveying the route and line is being done, and contracts for right of way secured, with view to an early completion of the road.
