Time for making returns extended.

SEC. 38. That the time for making the returns of the commissioners appointed by the ninth and eleventh sections of "an act to provide for laying out certain territorial roads therein named," approved February 11th, 1847, to lay cut and establish roads from Manitowoc to Winnebago Rapids, and from Neenah to Rapid Decroche, be, and the same is hereby extended for one year.

SEC. 39. That Elbert Dickenson, Bradly Noyes, and John From Beaver Dunning, are hereby appointed commissioners to lay out and Dam to De establish a certain territorial road from Beaver Dam, in korra. Dodge county, to Dekorra, in Columbia county, in accord ance with an act entitled "an act to provide for laying out certain territorial roads therein named," and approved February 11th, 1847, any provision in section five of said act that may conflict with the provisions of this act to the contrary notwithstanding.

SEE. 44.
