AN ACT

To divorce John Scannell from his wife Ann Scannell.

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract heretofore existing between John Scannell and Ann Scannell, his wife, is hereby dissolved, and the parties are hereby restored to all the rights and privileges of unmarried persons.

To vacate a part of Langdon street in the town Madison.

Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representative: of the Territory of Wisconsin:

SECTION 1. That so much of Langdon street as is included between blocks numbers seventy-eight and seventy-nine

and between blocks numbers ninety-four and two hundred and sixty, in the town of Madison, in the county of Dane, and territory of Wisconsin, as laid down in the recorded plat of said town, be, and the same is hereby vacated.

AN ACT

To amend an act entitled "an act to incorporate the trustees of the village of Mineral Point."

Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin:

SECTION 1. That the amount of tax hereafter assessed by the trustees of the village of Mineral Point, for corporation purposes, shall not exceed in any one year five mills upon the dollar of taxable property.

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between Eliza Crowley and her husband James Crowley is hereby dissolved, and the parties to the said contract are, by virtue of this act, restored to all the rights and privileges of unmarried persons. TIMOTHY BURNS,
