Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin. That it shall and may be lawful for the trustees of school district No. one in the county of Dane to levy an additional tax to the Tax now allowed by law not to exceed one per cent on the assessment roll of said district for the purpose of erecting a school house in said district. § 2. Be it enacted by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Wisconsin: § 1. That so much of the acts approved February 19, 1841, and April 10, 1843, in relation to the county commissioners' courts of the counties (of the counties) of Dodge and Washington as prescribes the places where the said commissioners' courts may be holden in said counties be and the same is hereby repealed.
