III.

THE PRECISE METHOD OF PAYING IN THE CAPITAL STOCK.

A, IN WHAT PAYMENT MAY BE MADE.

a. Payment by means of a note or other obligation of the stockholder would generally be held insufficient.

This is expressly provided in certain of the states, e. g.:

b. Stock must be paid for in money:
