Shall a Senator or Representative be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States ?

Shall a person, holding any office under the United States, be a Member of either House?

In which House shall all bills for raising revenue originate ? In the House of -other bills.

What shall be done with every bill, which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate ? Before it become-reconsider it.

If after such reconsideration, two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the bill, what shall be done? It shall be become a law.

In all such cases, how shall the votes of both Houses be determined? By yeas and-each House respectively. What, if the President shall not return a bill, presented to him, within ten days from the time, he received it?

Before he enter on the execution of his office, what shall he do?

What is the language of his oath or affirmation?

Has he power to grant reprieves and pardons for offences against the United States?

In what bodies of men shall the Judicial power of the United States be vested?

For how long a term of time shall the Judges, both of the Supreme and Inferior Court hold their offices ?

What shall they receive at stated times for their services? To what cases shall the Judicial power extend? To all cases in law, &c.

In what cases shall the Supreme Court have original jurisdiction ?

In what cases shall the Supreme Court have appellate jurisdiction?

How shall the trial of all crimes be? By jury, except in cases, &c.

Where shall such trial be held ?

What, if the crime shall have been committed without the limits of any State?

In what shall treason against the United States consist? How shall a person be convicted of treason?

What body of men shall have power to declare the punishment of treason?

Shall an attainder of treason work corruption of blood or forfeiture ?

IV.

In each State, to what shall full faith and credit be given ? Relative to such acts, records and proceedings, what may the Congress do?

What does the Constitution say concerning the citizens of each State ?

If a person, charged in any State with treason, felony, or other crime, shall flee from justice, and be found in another State, what shall be done?

What, if a person, held to service or labor in one State under its laws, shall escape into another, in which such laws do not exist ? He shall not be discharged from, &c. How may new States be admitted into this Union? Under what restrictions? No new State Congress.
