Who was President of this Convention? Who were Members from the State of New-Hampshire ? Massachusetts? Connecticut? New-York? New-Jersey ? Pennsylvania? &c. Are any of these distinguished statesmen still living? What other resolution did they pass ? For the first time, where, and when did the Congress convene ? What did they resolve? How many Articles have been proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States ? How many have been ratified by the requisite number of States? What causes have rendered some parts of the Constitution obsolete? According to the Constitution, what officers are elected for two years? For six years? For four years ? What officers hold their offices during good behaviour? What persons are those, mentioned in the first Article of the Constitution, who are bound to service for a term of years? What is the meaning of the phrases,-letters of marque and reprisal?-bill of attainder, or ex post facto law? What are titles of nobility? What is the difference between origial jurisdiction, and appellate jurisdiction? Where is the present seat o the General Government? How large is this District?
