CHAPTER 199.

An Act to amend Chapter 165, Acts of 1892, entitled, “An
Act to incorporate the Riverside Cemetery of Hebron."

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

1. Section 9 of chapter 165 of the Acts of 1892, is Section 9 amended by striking out the words "third Tuesday of amended. January," in the second line of said section, and inserting in place thereof the words "second Friday in April."

CHAPTER 200.

An Act to Change the Name of Phoebe Jeanette Carver.

(Passed the 28th day of April, A. D., 1907.)

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

1. The name of Phoebe Jeanetta Carver, of Wallace, in the County of Cumberland, in the Province of Nova Scotia, spinster, is changed to "Jeanetta Mudge," and after the passing of this Act the said Phoebe Jeanetta Carver shall be called by the name of Jeanetta Mudge; and all property, rights and liabilities acquired or incurred by the said Phoebe Jeanette Carver prior to the passing of this Act, either under the name of Phoebe Jeanette Carver or Jeanetta Mudge, or otherwise, shall be deemed to be vested in and become the liability of the said Jeanetta Mudge.

CHAPTER 201.

An Act to change the name of Victor Lionel McGill.

(Passed the 28th day of March, A. D., 1907.)

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

1. The name of Victor Lionel McGill, of East Dalhousie, in the county of Kings, and province of Nova Scotia, is changed to Victor Lionel Wilson, and after the passing of this Act, the said Victor Lionel McGill shall be legally called and known by the name of Victor Lionel Wilson.

CHAPTER 202.

An Act to Change the Name of Louisa Matilda Amelia

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council, and Assembly, as follows:

1. The name of Louisa Matilda Amelia Whitford, widow Name changed. of the late Joseph Whitford, of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, and daughter of the late Reverend Charles Cossmann, of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, and formerly the widow of the late Reverend William Bowers, at one time Lutheran minister in Bridgewater, aforesaid, is changed to Louisa Matilda Amelia Bowers.

An Act to change the name of Frederick Odber Worth.

Be it enacted by the Governor, Council and Assembly, as follows:

1. That the name of Frederick Odber Worth, of Amherst in the County of Cumberland and Province of Nova Scotia agent, shall be changed to Frederick Odber Cates, and after the passing of this Act the said Frederick Odber Worth shall be legally called and known by the name of Frederick Odber Cates.

2. That all property and rights enuring or coming to him, as well as those heretofore acquired, under whatsoever name the same have been secured, or are at present held, be and are hereby vested in him under the name of Frederick Odber Cates, and all the property and rights hereafter acquired by him shall vest in and be legally held by him under the name of Frederick Odber Cates.
