1710. June 5. The commons were divided amongst Thos. Bonney and others.

1712. June 16. Distribution of the commons was made to the following proprietors, Thomas Bonney and others:

The following is copied from the original will:

Know all men by these Presents that I Thomas Boney of Duxborough in the County of Plymouth in ye Province of ye Massachusetts Bay in New England Husbandman, being "aged & in dayly expectation of my dissolution by reason of "sickness & many infirmities, yet of perfect mind & memory, "thanks be given to Almighty God, do therefore upon mature "& serions Consideration make & ordain these presents to, "be my last will & testament in manner & Form following to "Remain firm & iuviolable forever.

Imprimis-1 Recommend my Soul into ye hands of God ye father of Spirits who gave it & my Body to ye Earth in "hope of a better Resurrection through my Lord & Saviour "who is ye Resurrection & ye Life, and as touching all "such temporal estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless "me in this life I give Demise & dispose thereof in ye fol"lowing manner & Form viz

"Item I give & bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth now ye wife of Ephraim Norcnt une half of ye whole of that "Farm of land both upland & Medow in Duxborough "above sd. whereon I now dwell with one half of all ye "housing Fencing & orchards thereon & thereunto belonging "to her Heirs & Assigns forever.

"Item-I give & Bequeath to my grand Children, viz―ye "children of my Daughter Mercy (now ye wife of John "Cartes) which she had by her late Husband Nathaniel "Delanoe late of sd Duxborough Deceased, ye other half of ye whole of my above sd Farm with one half of all ye Housing Fencing & orchards thereon & thereunto belonging "to them my said grandchildren their Heirs & Assigns forever viz, one third part to my grandson Nathaniel Delanoe "& the other two thirds thereof to be equally divided among "his four sisters, viz-Mercy, Lydia, Zerviah & Mary

Item-My will is that my son in law Ephraim Norcut shall "have one half of all ye hay, grain, apples, & of whatsoever "else hath been raised is now growing or hath been growing "upon my abovesd Farm this present year, is harvested, gath"ered in, or is yet to be harvested, mowed, or gathered in, "from off ye sd. Farm, provided that he ye said Ephraim "Norcut shall complete & Finish what remains to be done in harvesting mowing & gathering in ye above mentioned prem"ises, & also pay into my said Estate Twenty shillings

Item-My will is that my two wood lots of land lying "within ye Township of Duxborough abovesd Contiguous to ye highway that leads from Duxborough to Marshfield shall "be disposed of in ye same manner & proportion & to ye "same persons that my abovesd Farm is given & bequeathed
