Halaman 27 - If any provision of this Act or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of the Act, and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it. is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
Halaman 15 - Two of the members in office shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of the Board.
Halaman 299 - Territory relating to the control, appropriation, use or distribution of water used in irrigation, or any vested right acquired thereunder, and the Secretary of the Interior, in carrying out the provisions of this Act, shall proceed in conformity with such laws, and nothing herein shall in any way affect any right of any State or of the Federal Government or of any landowner, appropriator, or user of water in, to, or from any interstate stream or the waters thereof.

Halaman 124 - That it shall be the duty of the Secretary of War to apply the money herein and hereafter appropriated for improvements of rivers and harbors, other than surveys, estimates and gaugings, in carrying on the various works, by contract or otherwise, as may be most economical and advantageous to the Government.
