hoe, in the County of Northampton.
[14th June 1827.]
[Allotments to be made for Great and Small Tithes in Little Hough-
ton and Brafield-on-the-Green, § 26. and for Glebe, § 27. Com-
missioners for Little Houghton and Brafield-on-the-Green to as-
certain Tithes payable in respect of Little Houghton Corn Mill,
and to make an Allotment to the Vicar in lieu of them, § 28. Allot-
ments to be made to the Rector of Cooknoe for Glebe and Right of
Common, § 31. and for Tithes, § 32. Commissioners for Cooknoe
to ascertain Tithes payable in respect of Cooknoe Mill, and to
make an Allotment in lieu thereof, $33. Proprietors of old In-
closures in Little Houghton, Brafield-on-the-Green, and Cooknoe,
not having sufficient Open Field Property, to pay a Sum to exo-
nerate them from Tithes, § 35, 36. Allotments for Glebe and Tithes
to be fenced at Expence of the other Proprietors, § 37. Vicar
with Consent of Bishop and Patron may lease his Allotments for
Twenty one Years, § 42. Rector of Cooknoe may lease his Allot-
ments with like Consent for same Period, § 43. Vicar of Brafield
and Little Houghton, and Rector of Cooknoe, may borrow Money
to erect Buildings and make Subdivision Fences, on Mortgage of

sea in the County of Surrey.

Cap. 36.

An Act for inclosing and exonerating from Tithes Lands in the Parish of Langford in the County of Bedford. [14th June 1827.] [Allotments to be made to Vicar for Glebe and Common Rights § 28. Allotments to be made to the Rectors and Vicar in lieu of Tithes, $29. In case Rectors Impropriate shall be dissatisfied with their Allotments, the same may be altered by the Commissioners; and if they are still dissatisfied, the Lands shall remain subject to Tithes, $31. Allotments to the Vicar to be fenced at the Expence of the other Proprietors, § 37. Commissioners may enfranchise Copyhoids with Consent of Lord and Tenant, § 41. Vicar of Langford with Consent of Bishop and Patron may lease his Allotment, § 50. cumbents have not, § 6. Consideration for Purchase shall consist of

§ 32. Provisions for endowing Two new Churches as District Rectories, §34. Divisions not to take place until after the Incumbency of the present Rector shall cease; but the Advowsons of such new Rectories to be saleable before such Division. Not to take away from the Rector of Stoke-upon-Trent any Glebe, Tithes, &c. besides the particular Endowments authorized by the Act, § 38. Commissioners for building new Churches may accept Donations towards providing Parsonage Houses for new Rectories, §39. Power to the Bishop, Patron, and Rector to appropriate purchased Lands in Exchange and Satisfaction of the yearly Rent-charge payable to the Rectors of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Burslem, Bucknall, and Bagnall, with Consent of the Patron and Rectors thereof, $ 41. In case of making Hanley and Lane End Chapels into separate Districts, a further Endowment to be made to each out of Purchase Monies from Easter Dues, Offerings, &c. and laid out in Lands, § 42.
