The Senate concur in the amendment made by the House of Representatives to the resolution fixing the day when the business of the present session may be brought to a close. The Senate recede from their amendment to the resolution in favor of George P. Meserve and others, and concur with the House in the passage of the same with an amendment in which they ask the concurrence of the House." The House proceeded to the consideration of the foregoing resolution in favor of George P. Meserve and others, with the amendment which came down from the Hon. Senate. On motion of Mr. Warner Resolved, that the House concur in said amendment.
