the one of them be anfwerable for the acts, deeds, receipts, or payments, of the other of them, their joining in receipts for conformity fake notwithstanding, but each for his own acts, deeds, receipts, and payments only; AND it fhall and may be lawful to and for them, and each and every of them, to retain, reimburfe, and fatisfy him and themselves refpectively, all fuch cofts, charges, and expences as they, or any of them, thall or may expend, fuftain, pay, or be put unto, in or about the execution of the trufts hereby repofed in them, or any ways relating to or concerning the fame: AND LASTLY, that the faid feveral creditors, parties to these prefents, and their respective partners, executors, or adminiftrators, fhall and will, from time to time, and at all times hereafter, fave, defend, keep harmlefs, and indemnify the faid trustees, their refpective executors and adminiftrators, of, from, and against all, and all manner of cofts, charges, troubles, damages, and expences, which they, or any of them, thall or may fuftain, expend, fuffer, or be put unto, for or by reafon, or means of their lawful acting in any of the trufts of thefe prefents, or in any thing relating thereunto. B. to the fouth-east end of the premiles thereby demifed, to pass and repass, and which faid laft mentioned way or paffage is defcribed in the plan thereof drawn in the margin of the faid laft mentioned indenture; TO HOLD the fame unto the faid W. C. from the day of the date thereof, for the term of years, and one quarter of a year, at and under the yearly fum of -, payable quarterly, as therein is mentioned; NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That in purfuance of the faid agreements, and alfo for and in confideration of the debts owing by the faid W. C. unto his feveral creditors, whose names are hereon indorfed, and who fhall fubfcribe fuch indorfement as aforefaid, he the faid IV. C. hath granted, bargained, fold, affigned, transferred, and fet over, AND by thefe prefents doth grant, bargain, fell, affign, transfer, and fet over, unto the faid 7. L. 7. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, ALL THAT the faid piece or parcel of ground, meffuage, or tenements, and premifes, demifed and granted, in and by the faid firft above in part recited indenture of leafe; AND ALSO ALL that other piece or parcel of ground demifed in and by the faid fecond above in part recited indenture of leafe, together with the buildings thereon erecting and building, or which fball hereafter be erected and built thereon, or any part thereof, together with all materials now ftanding or being upon the faid premifes, or any part thereof, together with all ways, paths, paffages, waters, water-courfes, fhops, cellars, follars, lights, eafements, profits, commodities, emoluments, advantages, and appurtenances whatfoever, to the faid pieces or parcels of ground, meffuages or tenements, and premises belonging, or in any wife appertaining, (fubje& to the rents and covenants in the faid two feveral above in part recited indentures of lease referved, mentioned, and contained, and subject allo to the principal monies and intereft above mentioned, to be charged on the premises demifed, in and by the faid firft above in part recited indenture of leafe) together with the faid feveral in part above recited indenture of leafe, and all benefit and advantage to be had or taken by them refpectively; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the faid pieces or parcels of ground, meffuages, or tenements, and premises above mentioned, and intended to be hereby affigned, and every part thereof, unto the said 7. L. J. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, administrators, and affigns, upon the trufts, and for the purposes herein after mentioned and declared, of and concerning the faine;

AND THIS INDENTURE FURTHER WITNESSETH, that for the confiderations aforefaid, he the faid W. C. HATH bargained, fold, affigned, transferred and fet over, AND by these prefents DOTH bargain, fell, affign, transfer and fet over, unto the faid 7. L. 7. H. 7. P. and 7. S. their executors, administrators and affigns, the debts owing from the faid W. G. and R. H. respectively, TŎ HOLD the said two several debts unto the faid J. L. J. H. J. P. and 7. S. their executors, adminiftrators and affigns, for the purposes herein after mentioned; and for the better recovering and receiving of the said two several debts, he the faid W. C. hath made, ordained, conftituted and appointed; AND by these prefents DOTH make, ordain, conftitute and appoint the faid 7. L. J. H. J. P. and 7. S. his true and lawful attornies, for him, and in his name, place, and ftead, to afk, demand, levy, fue for, recover, and receive of and from the faid G. W. and the faid R. H. all fuch fum and fums of money as are due, and owing from them refpectively unto the faid W. C. party hereto, and upon receipt thereof, or of any part thereof, acquittances or other discharges for the fame, in the name of the faid W. C. or otherwife to give and execute, and upon nonpayment thereof, or of any part thereof, to ufe, fue, and profecute by all fuch lawful ways and means in law or equity, for the recovery thereof, as they the faid J. L. J. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, adminiftrators or affigns, fhall think fit, and generally to do, execute, perform all and whatfoever he the faid W. C. might or could have done, if these presents had not been made; and hereby allowing, ratifying and confirming, all and whatsoever the faid . L. 7. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, administrators, or affigns, fhall lawfully do, or caufe to be done in the premises by virtue thereof. AND THIS INDENTURE FURTHER WITNESSETH, that for the confiderations aforefaid, he the faid IV. C. hath granted, bargained, fold, aliened, remised, and release; and by thefe prefents doth grant, bargain, fell, alien, remife, and releafe unto the faid . L. J. H. J. P. and 7. S. (in their actual poffeffion now being by virtue of a bargain and fale, to them thereof made by the faid W. C. for the term of one whole year, for the confideration of 5 s. by indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these prefents, and by force of the ftatute made for transfering ufes into poffeffion) and to their heirs, all that the reverfionary intereft of him the faid W. C. (party hereto) of and in all that cottage or tenement fituate, and being in, in the parifh of —, in the county of, formerly in the occupation of J. F. or his affigns; afterwards in the occupation of H. K. as tenant under W. C. deceased; and alfo of and in two pightles of pasture thereto adjoining, containing by eftimation acres, be they more or lefs; and alfo of, and in all those several parcels of arable land lying aforefaid, containing by eftimation.

A. and alfo of and in all hades, baulks, furrows, ways, eafements, and appurtenances whatsoever, to the faid premifes belonging, or in any wife appertaining; and the reverfion and reverfions, remainder and remainders, of all and fingular the faid premises, and all the eftate, right, title, claim, and demand whatfoever, of him the faid W. C. party hereto, of, in, to, and out of the faid premifes, every or any part thereof, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and fingular the above granted and releafed reverfion of the faid cottage or tenement, lands, and hereditaments, unto the faid . L. 7. H. J. P. and J. S. their heirs and affigns, to the only proper ufe and behoof of the faid J. L. 7. H. J. P. and J. S. their heirs and affigns for ever; IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS for the purposes herein after mentioned and declared, of and concerning the fame ; AND the faid IV. C. doth for himfelf, his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, covenant, promife and agree, to and with the faid . L. J. H. J. P. and 7. S. their heirs and affigns, in manner following, (that is to fay) that he the said W. C. fhall and will from time to time, and at all times hereafter at the request of the faid J. L. J. H. J. P. and J. S. but at the cofis and charges in the law the faid W. C. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, make, do, acknowledge, levy, fuffer and execute, or caufe and procure to be made, done, acknowledged, levied, fuffered, and executed, all and every fuch further and other lawful and reafonable acts, deeds, things, devifes, conveyances, and affurances in the law whatsoever, for the further, better, more perfect and abfolute conveying, and affuring the faid reverfion unto, and to the ufe of the faid . L. J. H. J. P. and 7. S. their heirs and affigns for ever, (fubject to the faid mortgage, affigned to the faid C. R. as by the faid J. L. 7. H. J. P. and 7. S. their heirs and affigns, or their council fhal! be reasonably advised, devifed, or required. AND ALSO that he the faid W. C. his executors or adminiftrators, fhall and will, from time to time and at all times hereafter, at the like request, costs and charges in the law, do, and execute, or caufe, or procure to be made, done, and executed, all and every, or any fuch further and other acts, deeds, affignments, conveyances, and assurances whatsoever, for the further, better, more perfect, and abfolute affigning, affuring, and confirming of the faid leafehold premifes, hereby affigned, and every part thereof unto the faid 7. L. 7. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, for and during the refidue, and remainder of the faid two refpective terms, which shall be therein refpectively then to come and unexpired, (fubject to the faid two feveral mortgages, made of the faid piece of ground and premifes, fituate in aforefaid), as by the faid F. L.

J. H. J. P. and J. S. their executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, or their council learned in the law, fhall be reasonably advised, devised or required: AND LASTLY it is hereby declared, that the premifes
