7. H. to the faid A. B.as aforefaid; and alfo towards fatisfaction and difcharge of the faid sum of advanced and lent by the faid A. B. to the faid 7. H. on his faid other bond, with the intereft thereof as aforefaid; AND further, the faid . H. for the confiderations aforefaid, and for divers other good caufes and confiderations him hereunto moving, HATH ratified and confirmed, and by these prefents doth ratify and confirm unto the faid A. B. his executors and adminiftrators, his Majefty's aforefaid warrant, with all and all manner of benefit and advantage which fhall or may accrue to him thereby, and fhall and will, at any time or times hereafter, at or upon the reafonable request of the faid A. B. his executors or adminiftrators, do, perform, and execute, all and every fuch further and other lawful and reafonable act and acts, thing and things, devife and devifes, and other affurances in the law whatfoever, for the further, better, and more abfolute affuring, ratifying, and confirming of thefe prefents, and for the transferring, or caufing or procuring to be transferred, the faid capital South Sea stock, with the additions and profits thereof, and for the further and better fecuring the repayment of the faid fum of, and interest as aforefaid, unto the faid A. B. his executors and adminiftrators, by the times refpectively limited for doing the fame; PROVIDED always, and thefe prefents are upon this condition, nevertheless, that if the faid 7. H. his heirs, executors or adminiftrators, do and fhall, wett and fufficiently, transfer, or caufe to be transferred, unto the faid A. B. his executors or adminiftrators, the faid capital ftock of the South Sea company, or whatever other fecurities, all or any part thereof, fhall or may be changed into, with the additions, profits, and dividends, made, or to be made thereon, by the time, and according to the tenure of the condition of the faid band herein before recited; AND ALSO do and fhall, well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid, unto the faid A. B. his executors or adminiftrators, the fum of __, with interest for the fame, after the rate of five per cent. per annum, purfuant to the tenure or condition of the faid other bond, herein before recited, and by the time limited and appointed for payment thereof, that then this prefent indenture, and every claufe, matter, and thing, herein contained, fhall ceafe, determine, become void, and of none effect, any thing herein contained to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithstanding: AND LASTLY, it is fully concluded and agreed by and between the faid parties to thefe prefents, and the faid A. B. doth hereby covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid 7. H. his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, that he the faid A. B. his executors and adminiftrators, fhall and will render a juft and faithful account unto the faid 7. H. of all fuch fum and fums of money as he the faid A. B. his executors or administrators, fhall at any time or times hereafter, by virtue of any letter or letters of attorney, or any other power whatsoever from the faid 7. H. his heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, receive from the agent or agents of his Majesty's faid —troop of horfe guards, for his pay or fubfiftance as guidon and major of the faid troop, or the arrears which now are, or fhall at any time

or times hereafter accrue or become due to the faid 7. H. for or in refpect of his faid commiffion, or from the bounty money of per annum, which his faid Majefty has been graciously pleased to allow the faid . H. out of his treafury, he the faid A. B. having all just allowances made him for and in refpect of his charges and expences in receiving of any the faid money, as the fame fhall from time to time become due and payable, and after the ufual deductions made in the feveral offices where the fame are paid; AND ALSO shall and will, after full fatisfaction made to him in the premifes, re-deliver, or affign, or caufe to be re-delivered, or affigned unto the faid J. H. his heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, or to fuch other perfon or perfons as he or they shall nominate and appoint, his Majefty's aforefaid warrant, with all letters of attorney, and other papers, notes, bonds, and other inftruments in writing, which in any ways concern these prefents, or any other tranfactions whatsoever before the date hereof. A. for himfelf, his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, doth covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid S. A. her executors and adminiftrators, by thefe prefents, that if the faid S. A. her heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, or any of them, do and shall at any time pay unto the faid C. A. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, the faid fum of, and all lawful intereft, and cofts and charges as aforefaid, he the faid C. A. his executors and administrators, shall and will deliver unto the faid S. order, taken the 27th day of September, 1704, by virtue of an act of parliament, paffed in the fecond year of the reign of her late Majefty Queen Ann, (entituled, "An act for granting an aid to her Majefty for carrying on the war, and other her Majefty's occafions, by felling annuities as therein mentioned,") in confideration of the fum of paid into the receipt of her Majefty's Exchequer, by Sir R. O. of in the county of , Bart. as by three feveral tallies of the fame date may appear, the faid Sir R. O. and his affigns became entituled to receive, for and during the life of the above named C. J. her executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, the faid annuity of -- 2 year, and all orders and tallies for or concerning the fame, and all benefit thereof, and all his estate, right, title, intereft, term of years, claim, and demand whatsoever, of, in, to, and out of the fame annuity, and every or any part thereof, to have, hold, receive, take, and enjoy the faid annuity of a year unto the said E. J. her executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, from henceforth, for and during the natural life of the faid C. C. and the faid C. C. doth hereby conftitute and appoint the faid E. J. her executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, his lawful attorney and attornies, to ask, demand, and receive the fame; fubject nevertheless to the provifo for redemption thereof, upon payment of the aforefaid fum of and intereft, according to the provifo in the faid indenture of release mentioned; AND the faid C. C. doth hereby for himself, his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid E. 7. her executors, administrators, and affigns, that he the faid C.
