T. doth hereby acknowledge, and thereof, and of, and from every part and parcel thereof, doth acquit, release, and difcharge the faid R. R. his executors and adminiftrators, and every of them by these prefents, HATH granted, bargained, fold, and confirmed, and by thefe prefents DOTH fully, clearly, and abfolutely grant, bargain, fell, and confirm, unto the faid R. R. one negroe black flave, commonly called or known by the name of in ftature feet high, years, or thereabouts, which faid flave is a native of and lately came to England in a Spanish brig named captain commander, and then was the now.orlate.captain or commander of and immediately at and before the execution hereof, was the property of the faid J.
