O ALL PEOPLE to whom &c. A. L. of &c. fends greeting: WHEREAS by indenture tripartite, of release, bearing date &c. made &c. BETWEEN me the faid A. L. of the first part, T. B. of &c. (now my wife) of the fecond part, and C. 7. and 8. D. of c. (trustees) of the third part, whereby (reciting a marriage then intended, and fince folemnized between the faid A. L. and the faid T. B.) and for the feveral confiderations therein expreffed, the several manors &c. fituate &c. and therein particularly mentioned, with their appurtenances, were by me the faid A. granted and released to the ufe of them the faid C. 7. and S. D. and their heirs, to the several' uses, trufts, interests, and purposes therein and herein after mentioned, to wit, to the use of me the faid A. L. for divers good and valuable confiderations &c. by virtue and in purfuance of the aforefaid power to me referved, in and by the faid recited indenture &c. DO hereby direct, limit, and appoint, that as well all and fingular the faid feveral manors &c. comprifed in and by the faid indenture granted and released, as alfo all and every fuch other manor &c. whereof or wherein I fhall at any time hereafter be any wife feifed or poffeffed of during the coverture between myself and the faid T. T. and S. D. and the furvivor of them, and the heirs and affigns of fuch furvivor, fhall and do, by, with, and out of the rents, ifiues, and profits, of the faid premises, twice in every year, between Lady-day and Midfummer, and between Michaelmas and Ghrifimas, for and during the term of the natural life of my daughter H. B. (now wife of B. B. notwithstanding the married him without my confent) pay to the hands and feparate use of her the said H. B. for and towards the maintenance and provifion of herself, and child or children fhe now hath or may have, the annual or yearly fum of of &c. and with which her said hufband is not to intermeddle; and that her receipts and discharges fhall, from time to time, be good and fufficient difcharges to my faid truftees, or either of them for the fame, (an annuity of

AND DO HEREBY FURTHER DIRECT AND APPOINT, That they the faid trustees fhall twice in every year, after the death of the survivor of me and my faid wife, account for and pay the refidue of the rents, iffues, and profits of the faid premifes into the hands of, to and for the use of such son or fons, which my faid daughter S. H. fhall happen to have, and fhall be living at the time of the death of the furvivor of myfelf and of my wife, if more than one, equally between them, for the maintenance of such fon or fons, until one of them attains the full age of twenty-one years; AND UPON FURTHER TRUST, That they the faid truftees fhall and do, within fix months next after fuch fon fhall attain his full age of twenty-one years, upon the requeft, and at the cofts and charges of fuch fon fo coming to his full age, well and fufficiently convey and affure to him, and the heirs of his body lawfully to be begotten, or to whom he or they fhall appoint, the faid manors &c. freed and difcharged from all incumbrances done by them, or either of them, as by council in that behalf shall be reafonably advised and required; and in default of such issue, or in cafe the faid S. H. fhall have no fon who fhall live to the age of twenty-one years, or in cafe the iffue male of fuch fon or fons fhall happen to die before his or their age of 21 years, then, and in any of the faid cafes, I do hereby direct, limit, and appoint, that the faid trustees, and the furvivor &c. fhall and do at the request, cofts, and charges, of my daughter-in-law J. R. now wife of J. R. well and fufficiently convey and affure the faid manors &c. freed &c. to fuch eldest son of my faid daughter-in-law as shall be then living, and to his heirs and affigns for ever, as council &c. NOW ALL PEOPLE by these prefents, That I T. B. fon and heir of G. B. late of deceased, being about the age of fixteen years, HAVE nominated, elected, and chosen, and by these prefents DO nominate, elect, and chufe, C. C. of &c. to be guardian as well of my person, as of my real and personal estate, until I shall attain the age of twenty-one years; and I hereby promife to be ruled and governed by him in all things touching my welfare AND I do alfo hereby authorise and impower the faid C. C. * to enter upon, and take poffeffion of all and every my meffuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments, and premifes, fituate, lying, and being in in the county of or elsewhere, whereunto I have or may have any right or title, and to let the fame, and receive and take the rents, iffues, and profits thereof, for my use and benefit, during the term aforefaid, giving the faid C. Of a receiver of rents by a feme covert.

HEREAS A. B. and C. D. &c. (trustees) have by their indenture, bearing date &c. by the confent and direction of M. M. wife of F. M. let and demifed to G. G. a meffuage &c. fituate in H. for the term of &c. therein mentioned, at and under the yearly rent of &c. payable quarterly, as therein is mentioned; AND WHEREAS the faid A. B. and C. D. are intrusted on the premises (with other things) to permit and fuffer the rents thereof to be received (not by my hufband F. M. but) by fuch perfons, and in fuch manner, and for fuch times during my life, as I by my writing under my hand and feal (notwithstanding my coverture) fhall direct and appoint: AND WHEREAS there is now due from the faid G. G. for a year's rent of the premises at laft, the fum of ——;
