D. or his affigns, for or in refpect thereof, or of the faid annuity or yearly rent of pounds, by authority of parliament, or other wife howfoever; the first payment thereof to begin and be made on the day of next enfuing the date hereof; and that in cafe the faid annuity, yearly rent or fumn of pounds, or any part thereof, fhall happen to be behind or unpaid by the space of — days next over or after any of the faid quarterly days of payment, whereon the fame is herein before appointed to be paid as aforefaid, then and fo often, and from time to time it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid D. D. and his affigns, into and upon the said manors, mesfuages, farms, lands, tenements and hereditaments, or into and upon

any part thereof, to enter and diftrain for the fame annuity or yearly fum of pounds, and all arrears thereof, and the diftrefs and diftreffes then and there found, to take, lead, drive, carry away and impound, and detain and keep, or otherwife to difpofe thereof, according to due courfe of law, until he the faid D. D. and his affigns, of the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, and all arrears thereof, and all cofts, charges and expences occafioned by nonpayment thereof, at the days and times in that behalf afore-mentioned, hall be fully fatished and paid; provided always, that in case the said annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, or any part thereof, fhall happen to be behind or unpaid by the fpace of days next over or after any of the faid quarterly days of payment, whereon the fame is herein before appointed to be paid as aforefaid (being lawfully demanded) then and fo often it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid D. D. and his affigns, into and upon the aforefaid manors, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements and hereditaments, or into and upon any part thereof, in the name of the whole, to enter; and the fame to have, hold and enjoy, and the rents and profits thereof, and of every part thereof, to receive and take, to and for his and their own ufe and benefit, until he or they fhall be thereby or therewith, or otherwife fully fatisfied, contented, and paid the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, and all arrears thereof, and also fo much of the fame annuity as fhall incur and grow due during fuch time as he the faid D. D. or his affigns fhall continue in poffeffion of the premises after fuch entries as aforefaid, and alfo all fuch lofs, coíts, charges, damages and expences, as fhall be occafioned by non-payment thereof, or of any part thereof, at the days and times aforefaid. And the faid A. A. doth hereby for himfelf, his heirs, executors and administrators, covenant, promife, grant and agree, to and with the faid D. D. his executors, adminiftrators and affigns, that he the faid A. A. his heirs, executors or adminiftrators, fhall and will well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid, unto the faid D. D. and his affigns, for and during the joint lives of them the faid A. A. and D. D. the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, free and clear of and from all taxes, charges, and other deductions whatfoever, parliamentary or otherwife, at the days and times, and in manner and form herein before limited or appointed for payment thereof. And this indenture further witneffeth, that for the confiderations aforefaid, and for the farther, better and more effectual fecuring the payment of the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of -- pounds, at the days and times, and in manner aforefaid, and in confideration of the fum of fhillings of like money to the faid A. A. in hand paid by the faid Sir F. F. and I. F. at or before the enfealing and delivery of thefe prefents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, he the faid A. A. hath granted, bargained, fold and demifed, and by these prefents doth grant, bargain, fell and demife unto the faid Sic F. F. and I. F. their executors, adminiftrators and affigns, all and

every of the faid manors, capital meffuages, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements and hereditaments before mentioned, with their and every of their rights, members and appurtenances, and the reverfion and reverfions, remainder and remainders, yearly and other rents, iffues and profits of the fame manors, meffuages, lands, hereditaments and premifes, and of every of them, and of every part and parcel thereof; To have and to hold the faid manors, capital meffuages, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements, hereditaments, and all and fingular other the premises, mentioned or intended to be hereby demised, with their and every of their appurtenances, unto the said Sir F. F. and I. F. their executors, adminiftrators and affigns, from the day next before the day of the date hereof, for and during the full time and term, and unto the full end and term of years, from thence next enfuing, and fully to be compleat and ended, without impeachment of wafte, upon the trufts, and under and fubject to the - provifo and agreements herein after mentioned, expreffed and declared, of and concerning the fame; that is to fay, in trust to permit and fuffer the faid A. A. his heirs and affigns, to receive and take the rents and profits of the faid manors, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premifes, and of every of them, and of every part thereof, to and for his and their own ufe and benefit, until default fhall happen to be made, of or in payment of the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, or fome part thereof, at the days and times therein limited and appointed for payment thereof, and upon this further truft, that in cafe the fame annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, or any part thereof, fhall happen to be behind and unpaid by the space of ➖➖➖ days next over or after any of the faid days or times of payments, whereon the fame is herein before appointed to be paid as aforefaid, being lawfully demanded, then and fo often it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid F. F. and I. F. their executors, adminiftrators and affigns, from time to time, by. and out of the rents, iffues and profits of the faid manors, capital meffuages, meffuages, farms, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premifes, or by demifing, leafing or mortgaging the fame premises, or any part thereof, for all or any part of the faid term of years, therein, or by fuch other ways or means as to them the faid Sir T. F. and I. F. their executors, adminiftrators or affigns fhall feem meet, to raife and levy fuch fum and fums of money as fhall be fufficient from time to time to pay and fatisfy the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum pounds, or fo much thereof as fhall from time to time fo happen to be in arrear and unpaid; together alfo with all fuch loss, cofts and charges, damages and expences, as he the faid D. D. or the faid Sir F. F. and I. F. their executors, adminiftrators and affigns, or any of them, fhall fuftain, expend or be put unto, for or by reafon of the non-payment of the fame annuity at the days and times, and in manner hercin before in that behalf mentioned, and fhall and do pay, apply and difpofe of the fame monies accordingly; and shall and

do permit and fuffer the faid A. A. his heirs and affigns, to receive and take the refidue and overplus of the rents, iffues and profits of the premises, over and above fo much thereof as fhall be fufficient from time to time to pay and fatisfy the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, and all arrears thereof, and all cofts, charges and expences attending the execution of the aforefaid trufts, to and for his and their own use and benefit. Provided always nevertheless, and it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said parties to these prefents, that from and after the decease of either of them the said A. A. and D. D. and payment of all arrears which shall be then due of the faid annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, (if any fuch fhall then happen to be) and all cofts, charges and expences attending the execution of the aforefaid trufts, then and from thenceforth the said term of years, of and in the premises, or fo much thereof as fhall not be difpofed of for the purposes aforesaid, fhall ceafe, determine and be utterly void to all intents and purposes, any thing herein contained to the contrary thereof in any wife notwithstanding. D. of the parish of in the county of eldest daughter of Sir G. G. Knight, deceafed, by D. H. his wife, of the second part; I. I. Efq; and K. G. of in the county of - Efq; of the third part. WHEREAS the faid D. D. D. has contracted and agreed with the faid A. A. for the purchase of the annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, of lawful money of Great Britain, herein after mentioned to be to her granted for her life, for the price or fum of pounds of like money; NOW this indenture witneffeth, that in pursuance of the faid agreement, and for and in confideration of the fum of pounds of lawful money of Great Britain, to the faid A. A. in hand paid by the faid D. D. D. at or before the enfealing and delivery of these prefents, the receipt whereof the faid A. A. doth hereby acknowledge, and thereof and of every part thereof doth acquit, releafe and difcharge the faid D. D. D. her executors, PP

D. and her affigns, for and during the term of her natural life, one annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds of lawful money of Great Britain, free and clear of and from all taxes, charges and deductions whatfoever, parliamentary or otherwife, impofed or to be imposed by any act of parliament, made or to be made, to be issuing, going, had, received and taken, by and out of the feveral meffuages or tenements, pieces or parcels of ground and hereditaments herein after mentioned to be hereby demifed and affigned respectively, and to be paid and payable at or in the common dining-hall of Lincoln's Inn, in the faid county of Middlefex, yearly and every year, at or upon the four moft ufual feafts or days of payment in the year, that is to fay, The feafs of the annunciation of the bleed Virgin Mary, the nativity of St. John Baptift, St. Michael the archangel, and the birth of our Lord Christ, by even and equal portions; the first payment thereof to begin and to be made upon the feaft-day of the nativity of St. John the baptift, next enfuing the date hereof. And the faid A. A. doth hereby for himself and his heirs further grant, that in cafe the said annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, or any part thereof, fhall happen to be behind or unpaid, by the space of days next over or after any of the faid feafts or days of payment, whereon the fame is herein before appointed to be paid as aforefaid, then and fo often it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid D. D. D. into and upon all and every the faid mefluages or tenements, pieces or parcels of ground and hereditaments, herein after mentioned to be hereby demifed and affigned refpectively, or into or upon any part thereof to enter and diftrain, and the distress and diftreffes then and there found, to take, lead, drive, carry away and impound, and in pound to detain and keep, or otherwife to difpofe thereof, according to due courfe of law, until the the faid. D. D. D. of the said annuity, yearly rent or fum of pounds, and all arrears thereof, and all cofts, charges and expences occafioned by non-payment thereof at the days and times in that behalf afore-mentioned, fhall be fully fatisfied and paid. And the faid A. A. doth hereby for himself, his heirs, executors and adminiftrators, covenant, promise, grant and agree to and with the faid D. D.
