band, and his affigns, for and during the term of his natural life, and from and after the determination of that estate, to the use and behoof of the faid 7. H. and E. O. and their heirs, for and during the life of the faid 7. T. upon truft, to support and preferve the contingent uses and eftates herein after-limited, from being deftroyed and discontinued; and for that purpose to make entries, or bring actions as occafon shall be or require. BUT NEVERTHELESS to permit and fuffer the faid J. T. and his affigns, to have, receive, and take the rents, iffues, and profits of the fame premises, to his and their own ufes and benefit, for and during the term of his natural life; and from and after the determination of that eftate, TO THE USE AND BEHOOF of the first fon of the body of the said M. K. by the faid 7.T. lawfully to be begotten, and the heirs-male of the body of fuch ft fon lawfully to be begotten; and for want of fuch iffue, THEN TO THE USE AND BEHOOF of the fecond fon of the body of the faid M. K. lawfully to be begotten by the faid J. T. and the heirsmale of the body of fuch fecond fon lawfully to be begotten; and for want of fuch iffue, THEN TO THE USE AND BEHOOF of the 3d, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and all and every other fon and fons of the body of the faid M. K. by the faid 7. T. lawfully to be begotten, severally, fucceffively, and refpectively, one after another, as they and every of them shall be in priority of birth and feniority of age, and the heirs-male of the body or bodies of all and every fuch fon and fons refpectively, the elder of fuch fons, and the heirsmale of his body iffuing being always preferred, and to be preferred, and take before the younger of fuch fons, and the heirs-male of his body iffuing; and for default of fuch iffue, THEN TO THE USE AND BEHOOF of all and every the daughter and daughters of the body of the faid M. K. by the faid 7. T. lawfully to be begotten, as tenants in common, and not as joint-tenants, and the heirs of the body or bodies of all and every fuch daughter and daughters refpectively; and for want of fuch iffue of the body of the faid M K. by the laid 7. T. lawfully to be begotten, THEŃ TO THE USE of the furvivor of them the faid M. K. and 7. T. and the heirs of fuch furvivor for ever, and to, and for, and upon no other ufe, intent, or purpose whatsoever; PROVIDED ALWAYS, and it is the true intent and meaning of these prefents, and of all the faid parties thereto, that they the faid 7. H. and E. O. or either of them, or the heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, of them or either of them, fhall not be charged or chargeable with, or accountable for the acts or miscarriages of the other of them, nor with any more monies than the person or perfons so chargeable or accountable shall refpectively actually receive, but each of them for his own acts, receipts, and management only, nor for any lofs or loffes which fhall or may happen by bad tenants, or otherwise, in the execution or management of the trufts hereby repofed in them, other than fuch as fhall be occafioned by any of their voluntary or wilful neglects or mifcarriages; PROVIDED ALSO, that the said trustees, and each of them, their and each of their heurs, executors, or adminiftrators, fhall and may retain and deduct and be

paid and fatisfied out of the rents and profits of faid premifes, hereby agreed to be granted and conveyed to them upon the trust aforesaid, all fuch cofts, charges, damages, and expences, which they or either of them fhall fuftain or be put unto, for or by reason of the trusts aforefaid, or of the management or execution of the fame; PROVIDED nevertheless, and it is declared, concluded, and fully agreed unto, by and between all and every the parties to thefe prefents, that it fhall and may be lawful to and for the said M. K. from time to time, during her natural life, and alfo to and for the faid 7. T. after her deceafe, if he fhall happen to furvive her, and all a. d every other perfon or perfons, who shall be entitled to the freehold of the above-mentioned premifes, or any part thereof, by virtue of any of the ufes or limitations herein before-contained, by any writing or writings under his, her, or their hand and feal, or hands and feals, to demife, grant, leafe, limit, or appoint, all, or any part of the faid premifes, herein before-limited or fettled, in purfuance of the aforefaid agreeinent, to any person or persons whatsoever, for the term of twenty-one years, or for any term or number of years not twenty-one years in poffeffion, fo as upon every fuch leafe, or leafes, demife, or demifes, fo much yearly rent as is now yearly referved or paid for the premises thereby to be leafed or demifed, or a greater rent, or a proportionable part at leaft of fuch rent as is now yearly received, where only part of the premises now letten fhall be fo leafed or demifed, fhall be referved, to continue due and payable during the faid feveral leafes and demifes to fuch perfon or perfons as fhall from time to time be entitled to the next and immediate reverfion, remainder, or inheritance, of the faid leafed and demifed premises, expectant upon the determination of fuch leafe or leafes, demife or demifes, and fo as the fame be not ditpunifhable for wafte, and that a counter-part of fuch leafe or leafes be executed by the refpective leffees. In witness, &c.

The fame where a bufband, in confideration of the marriage portion, agrees to leave his wife the like fum, to be invested in trustees for her to receive the intereft during her life, if he furvives bim, and afterwards the principal to be equally divided amongst the children of fuch marriage.

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, tripartite, indented, made, concluded, and agreed upon, this of, in the 13th year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, by the Grace of God, &c. and in the year of our Lord 1773, between J. F. of &c. of the first part; E. D. of &c. fpinfter, of the fecond part; and C. D. of the fame parish and county, widow, mother of the faid E. D. fpinfter, of the third part,

HEREAS a narriage is intended, by God's permiffion, to be fhortly had and folemnized, between the faid 7. F. and E. D. daughter of the faid C. D. widow. AND WHEREAS in cafe the faid marriage fhall take effect, the faid E. D. hath agreed

now vested in bank annuities, in the name of trustees, in truft for the fole ufe and benefit of her the faid E D. AND WHEREAS the faid 7. F. hath agreed (that in cafe the faid intended marriage hall take effect) in confideration of the faid marriage portion, which he the said J. F. is to have and receive with the faid E. D. his intended wife, that he the faid 7. F. will charge his real and perfonal eftates that he may die poffeffed of or entitled unto, with the fum of

pounds, to be paid, applied, and difpofed of for the use and benefit of the faid E. D. his intended wife, and the iffue of her body, by him Jawfully to be begotten in manner herein after particularly mentioned. NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS, and the faid . F. for the confiderations aforefaid, and in confideration of five fhillings to him in hand paid by the faid C. D. at or before the fealing and delivering of these presents, the receipt and payment whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth for himfelf, his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid C. D. her executors and adminiftrators, in manner and form following, viz. That in case the said intended marriage fhall take effect, the heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, of him the faid 7. F. fhall and will, within three months next after the decease of him the faid J. F. pay, or cause to be paid, into the hands of the faid C. D. her executors or administrators, the fum of pounds, of good and lawful money of Great Britain, to be by her put or placed out in fome or one of the public funds or government fecurities, UPON THE TRUSTS, and to and for the several uses, intents, and purposes following, viz. IN TRUST to pay the dividends, intereft, and profits of the faid fum of pounds unto the faid E. D. or to permit and fuffer her to receive and take the fame to and for her fole and feparate use and maintenance for and during the term of her natural life; and after her decease, IN TRUST to pay and apply the dividends, intereft, and profits, of the faid fum of pounds for the maintenance and education of all and every the child or children of the body of the faid J. F. on the body of the faid E. D. lawfully to be begotten, until they, and each and every of them fhall have refpectively attained their ages of twenty one years, and then IN TRUST to pay and diftribute the faid fum of pounds, and the dividends, intereft, and profits that fhall be then due and in arrear thereon, to and amongst all and every the faid child or children of the faid marriage in equal proportions, fhare and fhare alike: and in cafe of failure of iffue to be begotten between them, the faid J. F. and E. D. then IN TRUST to transfer and affign the faid fum of pounds, and all dividends, intereft and profits, due and in arrear thereon, to the faid E. D. the daughter, her executors and adminiftrators. AND the faid C. D. doth hereby for herself, her heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid J. F. and E. D. his intended wife, their executors and adminiftrators, that she

AND LASTLY, for the true performance of all and every the covenants and agreements herein before-mentioned, and contained on the part and behalf of the said parties, to be severally done and performed, each of them bindeth himself and herself, and his and her heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, unto the other of them, his executors and adminiftrators, in the penal fum of 1000 7. of good and lawful money, &c. firmly by these presents. Of copartnership (for any mechanic trade or business) for seven years, where one is to be the acting partner in the faid business. ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, indented, had, made, concluded, and agreed upon, the -, in the year of our Lord 1771, between A. P. of c, of the one part, and 7. A. of c, of the other part, as follows, viz.

A. an equal copartner with her in the faid trade, and to be equally interested in the house, shop, and ware-houses where the faid A. P. now carries on fame, fituate in aforefaid, and in the ftock, implements, and utenfils in trade thereunto belonging; AND ALSO in confideration that the faid 7. A. hath agreed during the faid intended copartnership, principally to apply himself, and act therein, and receive, and pay, all debts to grow due to and from the faid joint trade. NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS, that in pursuance of the faid agreement, and for the confiderations aforefaid, and in order to promote their faid trade, and intereft, they the faid A. P. and 7. A. have mutually agreed, and by these presents DO, for themselves feverally, and for their feveral executors and administrators, covenant, promife, and agree, to and with each other, and to and with the executors and adminiftrators of each other by these prefents, in manner following, (that is to fay) that they the faid A. P. and J. A. fhall and will, from the day of the date hereof, become and continue copartners and joint traders in the trade or business of a -, and in buying, making, and felling all materials relating thereto, for and during the term of feven years (if

they shall jointly fo long live) on the faid ftock fo valued and appraifed as aforefaid, the particulars whereof are entered in one of the books of account belonging to the faid parties, who have thereunto fubscribed their names; AND that the faid ftock, and all the gains and profits of the faid copartnership, shall be equally divided between the faid parties; AND ALSO, that the faid copartnership fhall, during the continuance thereof, be carried on and exercifed in the faid house, shop, and ware-houses, wherein the faid trade is now carried on in aforefaid; and that the rent thereof, and all taxes and repairs attending the fame, fervants wages, and all expences in house-keeping, and all loffes fhall be defrayed and paid out of the faid joint ftock, and the profits thereof; AND LIKEWISE, that neither of the faid parties fhall or will, without the other's confect, take out or employ, to or for his or her own particular use, any money or goods belonging to the faid joint ftock, at any time during the faid copartnership, other than and except as herein after-mentioned; AND FURTHER, that neither of them fhall or will in any wife deal or trade during the faid copartnership, other than for their mutual benefit and advantage, but that they fhail and will, at all times during the continuance thereof, be juft, true, and faithful to each other, in all their transactions, accounts, and dealings; AND MOREOVER, that the faid copartnership shall be managed and carried on principally by the faid f. A. who fhall and will receive and pay all debts to become due to and from the faid joint trade, and shall and will confult and advife with the faid A. P. about all fuch goods and materials as shall be bought or fold relating to the faid copartnership; and that all bills of parcels, receipts, payments, dealings, and tranfactions, relating thereto, fhall from time to time be given, taken, and entered in the joint names of them the faid A. P. and J. A. AND ALSO, that neither of the faid parties fhall or will, at any time during the continuance of this copartnership, feparately make, accept, fign, or execute any bond, bill of exchange, promiffory note, or other writing, whereby the faid partnership may be affected, or liable to pay, or answer any money or goods for which the faid joint ftock fhall not have received a valuable confideration; and that if either of them shall so do, it shall and may be lawful to and for the other of them, by writing under hand and feal, to diffolve the faid partnership, which shall from the date and delivery of fuch inftrument of diffolution, ftand ab folutely diffolved and determined to all intents and purposes, as if the faid term of feven years had been compleatly elapfed; "And further, that if either of the faid parties shall take any apprentice or apprentices (which is hereby agreed shall not be done without the confent of the other of them) that then all fuch monies which shall be received with any fuch apprentice or apprentices, fball belong to, and be divided between the parties hereto equally fhare and fbare alike, and the fervice of the faid apprentices during this copartnership, fhall be for the equal benefit of the faid parties, who are during the time aforefaid to provide for every fuch apprentice out of the said joint flock or eftate," AND LIKEWISE, that all goods, monies, payments, and fecurities, bought, fold, received and paid, given, and taken, and
