Arators or affigns, upon fecurities, at intereft, till fuch purchase shall be made as aforefaid. AND WHEREAS the faid A. A. did accordingly, in purfuance of his faid covenant, fo transfer the faid pounds South Sea ftock, as aforefaid; and the faid. A. A. and D. D. did fome time fince fell the fame, with the confent of the faid A. A. and retained in their hands the fum of pounds, (part of the monies arifing by fuch fale), to be by them laid out for the purpose aforefaid, and paid over the refidue of the monies arifing by fuch fale, to him the faid A. A. which he doth hereby acknow-pounds, ledge. AND WHEREAS the faid fum of—

ever fince the fame was raised as aforefaid, has been put out at intereft, in the names of the faid A. A. and D. D. and the fame having been lately paid in, the faid A. A. hath proposed to borrow the fame on his bond, to which the faid A. A. and D. D. have agreed, and have accordingly lent and paid the fame unto him the faid A. A. on the day of the date hereof, the receipt where of he doth hereby acknowledge. NOW the condition of this obligation is fuch, that if the faid A. A. his heirs, executors or administrators, fhail and do well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid unto the faid A. A. and D. D. their executors, adminiftrators or amigns, at or in the common dining hall of Lincoln's-Inn, in the county of Middlefex, the full and just fum of. pounds of lawful money of Great Britain, on the day of next enfuing the day of the date of the above written obligation, for the ufes and purposes in the faid recited indenture mentioned and directed, concerning the fame; And alfo fhall, and do, in the mean time, and until the payment of the faid fum of pounds, pay, or caufe to be paid, intereft for the fame, at the rate of pounds per cent. per annum, unto fuch perfon or perfons, as for the time being fhall be legally intitled thereto, by virtue of the fame indenture, without any deduction thereout for taxes or otherwife however, then, &c.

That a churchwarden fhall account.

HE CONDITION of this obligation is such, That WHEREAS the above named A. B. rector, with the other parishioners of the parish of — have, before the date of the above written obligation, elected and chofen the above bound C. D. to be churchwarden of the faid parifh for the year now enfuing, to receive and pay all fuch fum and fums of money, and do and perform all other things as shall any ways concern the faid church of

belonging to the office of a churchwarden there: IF THEREFORE the faid C. D. do and thall at all times during his continuance in the faid office of churchwarden, keep a juft, true and perfect account in writing, of the receipts and payments of all fums of money, and. other things whatfoever, as fhall come to his hands, charge or cuftody, in right of the faid church, or of the poor of the faid parish;

And also if the faid C. D. his, &c. —— do, at the end of the faid now enfuing year, make and deliver to the said A. B. and others the parishioners of the faid parish of or fuch perfons as they fhall appoint, a true, juft and perfect account of the receipts and payments of all fuch fums of money and other things as fhall come to his hands as aforefaid; and upon fuch account made and delivered up, do well and truly pay, and deliver unto fuch perfon or perfons as fhall be appointed in that behalf, all fuch fum or fums of money, and other things what foever, as then fhall remain in his hands on the balance of the faid account, and be in his charge and cuftody in right of the faid church at the time of fuch account made; Then, &c. or elfe, &c.

That a rent-gatherer shall render a just account.

HEREAS the above named R. H. Efq; has retained and employed the above bound R. R. to be receiver of the rents, iffues and profits of all and fingular his the faid R. H.'s meffuages, lands and tenements, fituate, lying and being in

NOW the condition of this obligation is fuch, that if the above bounden R. R. his heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, fhall and do from time to time, and at all times hereafter, as often as he or she shall be thereunto requested by the faid R. H. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, pay all fuch fum or fums of money, as he the faid R. R. fhall have had or received of the faid rents, iffues and profits, and render to the faid R. H. and his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, a true, juft and perfect account of all and every fum and fums of money, that fhall be by him had, received, paid, laid out or difburfed of, from, for, or on account of the faid lands and tenements, or the rents iffues and profits thereof, or of, for or on account of the faid R. H. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators or affigns, And also fhall well, juftly, truly and honeftly, in every respect behave himself in the faid office or employment of receiver of the aforefaid rents, iffues and profits; Then this obligation to be void, or else to be and remain in full force and virtue.

For finding apparel for an apprentice.

HEREAS J. R. fon of the above bound E. R.`by his indenture, bearing date. hath bound himself apprentice to the above named H. S. to ferve and dwell with him from the day of the date of the said indenture unto the full end and term of feven years from thence next enfuing and fully to be compleat and ended, as by the faid indenture more fully appears; AND WHEREAS it is agreed by and between the faid E. R. and H. S. that the faid E. R. his executors or adminiftrators, or fome of them, fhall and will from time to time, and at all times during the faid

term

term of feven years, find and provide to and for the faid 7. R. good fufficient and neceffary raiment and apparel, as coats, waistcoats, breeches, fhoes, ftockings, fhirts and hats, and all things needful and neceflary for an apprentice: NOW THE CONDITION of this obligation is fuch, That if the above bounden E. R. his executors and adminiftrators, fhall and do from time to time, as often as need or occafion fhall be or require, find and provide for the faid 7. R. during all the aforefaid term of feven years, fuch fufficient raiment and apparel as aforefaid, or in lieu or ftead thereof fhall pay, or caufe to be paid unto the faid H. S. the fum

yearly and every year, during the faid term of feven years, for and owards the faid H. S's finding and providing the faid raiment and apparel; Then this obligation to be void and of no effect, otherwife to remain in full force and virtue.

To procure an apprentice's freedom.

HE CONDITION of this obligation is fuch, That if the above bound A. B. his executors, administrators or affigns, do and fhall, within one year next after the end of the apprenticeship of C. D. on the request of him or them made by the above named E. D. cause and procure the faid C. D. to be lawfully, and according to the custom of the city of London, admitted into the freedom of the faid city, of the company of fo as the faid C. D. fhall not be hindered thereof by reason of any act or thing to be hereafter done by him the said A. B. Then, &c. or else, &c.

To maintain a perfon during his life.

CONDITION of this obligation is fuch, That TWHEREAS the above bound 4. B. for and in confideration

of a competent fum of money to him in hand paid by the above named C. D. hath agreed and undertaken to keep and maintain the faid C. D. during his life: IF THEREFORE the faid A. B. his executors or administrators fhall from time to time, and at all times hereafter, during the natural life of the faid C. D. well and sufficiently maintain and keep, or caufe to be well and fufficiently maintained and kept, the faid C. D. in the house of him the faid A. B: with meat, drink, clothes, and all other things neceffary and convenient for his fupport and maintenance; Then, &c. or elfe, &c.

Conditions of counter-bonds.

To one bound for the obligor in a bond for payment of money.

HEREAS the above named A. B. at the fpecial inftance and request of the above bounden C. D. together with him the faid C. D. is in and by one obligation, bearing equal date with the above written obligation, held and firmly bound unto E. F. of—— gent. in the penal fum of-pounds of lawful money of Great Britian, conditioned for the payment of the fum of with interest for the fame, after the rate of 51. per cent. per annum on the▬▬▬▬▬ day of▬▬▬▬ -next enfuing the date of the fald recited obligation, as in and by the faid recited obligation and condition thereof may more fully appear: NOW the cordition of this obligation is fuch, That if the laid C. D. his heirs, executors or adminiftrators, do and fhall well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid, unto the faid E. F. his executors, adminiftrators or affigns, the faid fum of—

with intereft for the fame after the rate of 5. per cent. per annum. on theday of———— --next enfuing the date of the faid recited obligation, according to the true intent and meaning thereof, and in full difcharge and fatisfaction of the faid recited obligation; and if the faid C. D. his heirs, executors or administrators, fhall alfo from time to time and in all times hereafter fave harmless and indemnify him the faid E. F. his executors and administrators, and his or their goods and chattels, lands and tenements, of and from all damages, fums of money, and cofts and charges, which he, they, or any of them, fhall or may at any time hereafter be put unto by reafon of the faid A, B.'s being bound with the said C. D. for the payment of the sum of money and intereft aforefaid; Then, &c. or elfe, &c.

To one bound for the obligor in a bond to indemnify the parish from a baftard.

HEREAS the faid A. B. and C. D. at the fpecial inftance and request of the above bounden E. F. by their bond or obligation, bearing date, &c. became bound to the churchwardens and overfeers of the poor of the parish of in the county

by their names and additions therein mentioned, in the penalty of 100l. upon condition that, &c. (recite the condition): NOW the condition of this obligation is fuch, That if the above bounden E. F. his heirs, executors and adminiftrators, or fome of them, do and fhall from time to time and at all times hereafter well and fufficiently fave and keep harmlefs and indemnified the faid A. B. and C. D. their heirs, executors and adminiftrators, and their and every of their lands, tenements, goods and chattels of and from

the faid bond and obligation, and all fums of money therein and in the condition thereof mentioned, and thereupon due or to grow due or payable, and of and from all actions, fuits, cofts, charges, payments, damages, and demands, which either or any of them fhall or may pay, sustain, or be put unto, for or by reafon thereof, or in any wife how foever, and fhall and will, well and truly pay the fame unto the faid A. B. and C. D. their or one of their heirs, executors, or adminiftrators; then this obligation to be void, c.

HE CONDITION, &c. That WHEREAS there is a fuit depending between the above bound R. C. and others, touching their right and intereft in the now dwelling houfe of the above named J. F. fituate, &c. AND WHEREAS the faid J. F. hath` agreed to pay the rent of the faid houfe to the faid R. C. which is

IF pounds yearly, as the fame fhall grow due. THEREFORE the faid R. C. his, &c. do and fhall well and truly pay, or cause to be paid, unto the faid F. his executors, or affigns, all fuch rent, fum and fums of money, charges and damages whatfoever as fhall by due proceedings in law be adjudged or decreed against him the faid . F. his, &c. and all other cofts and damages whatfoever, which he the faid J. F. fhall fuftain or be at by reason of any action, fuit or forfeiture whatsoever which fhall or may happen, or be to the said 7.
