NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That in purfuance of the covenants for further af furance in the faid indenture of defeafance, and fubfequent indenture of mortgage contained; and for fupplying the defect of this mifname of the faid A. A. A. in the aforefaid feveral indentures and recoveries, and for further and better fecuring to the faid H. H. the payment of the faid pounds, principal money, and all intereft due, and to grow due for the fame; and for docking and barring all eftatestail, and all reverfions and remainders thereupon, expectant or depending, of and in, the faid manors, rectory, advowfons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, and hereditaments, herein-after granted, bargained, fold, or mentioned fo to be; and for limiting and affuring the fame unto the uses, and in manner herein-after mentioned, expreffed, and declared, of and concerning the fame respectively, and for corroborating the aforefaid term of

nors or lordships, rectory, advowfons, hereditaments, and premises, or any of them belonging or appertaining, or with them, or any of them, used or enjoyed, or accepted, reputed, taken, or known, as part, parcel, or member of them, or any of them; ALL which faid meffuages, lands, tenements, meadows, paftures, tithes, hereditaments, and premifes, are fituate, lying, being, arifing, happening, or renewing, in or within the several parishes, towns, fields, precincts, and territories of Y▬▬▬▬▬, Z—————, K—————, L- --, N P——2———, and R -, fome or one of them in the faid counties of D——, C—, and O——, or some or one of them; And also all other the manors, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, and hereditaments whatsoever of him the faid A. A. or whereof or wherein he, or any other perfon or perfons, 'in truft for him, is or are feised of any eftate of freehold, or inheritance in poffeffion, fituate, lying, being, arifing, happening, or renewing, in or within the faid feveral parishes, towns, or places laft named, every or any of them, with their and every of their appurtenances, (other than and except the rectory of R-, with the tithes and hereditainents thereunto belonging, or therewith used or reputed as part or parcel thereof) and the reverfion and reverfions, remainder and remainders, yearly and other rents, iffues, and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof, (except as before excepted); And alfo all the estate, right, title, interest, truft, property, claim, and demand whatsoever, both at law and in equity, of the faid A. A. A. of, in, to, or out of the faid manors, rectories, advow fons, mefluages, lands, tenements, tithes, heredita ments, and prenifes, hereby mentioned to be hereby granted, bargained, and fold, or any of them, or any part or parcel thereof, (except as before excep:ed); TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the faid manors, rectories, advowfons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and all and fingular other the premises, hereby men. tioned to be hereby granted, bargained, and fold, with their and every of their appurtenances, (except as before excepted) unto the said F. F. and G. G. their heirs and affigns, To the use and behoof of them the faid F. F. and G. G. and of their heirs and affigns, To the intent and purpose that they the faid F. F. and G. F. and G. G. or the furvivor of them; to which faid writs of entry, they the faid F. F. and G. G. or the furvivor of them, hall appear gratis in his or their proper person or perfons, and shall vouch to warranty the faid A. A. A. who fhall alfo, gratis, appear in his proper perfon, and enter-into the warranty, and vouch ever to warranty the common vouchee of the fame court; who fhall alfo appear, and after imparlance make default, fo as feveral judgments fhall and may be thereupon had and given for the faid E. E. to recover the same manors, rectories, advowfons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premises, against the faid F. F. and G. G. or the furvivor of them; and for them, or the furvivor of them, to recover in value against the faid A. A. A. and for him the said A. 4. A. to recover in value against the said common vouchee, and that execution fhall and may be thereupon had and awarded accordingly, and all and every other act or thing done or executed, needful and requifite, for the fuffering and perfecting fuch common recoveries, with vouchers as aforefaid. AND it is declared and agreed, by and between all the faid parties to these presents, that from and after the fuffering and perfecting of the faid feveral, common recoveries, fo as aforefaid, or in any other manner, or at any other time or times to be fuffered, as well the fame recoveries, and thefe prefents, and all and every other common recovery and recoveries, fines, conveyances, and affurances in the law whatsoever heretofore had, made, levied, fuffered, or executed of the faid, hereby mentioned to be hereby granted, bargained, and fold, manors, rectories, advowfons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premifes, or any of them, or any part thereof, by or between the faid parties to these prefents, or any of them, or whereunto they or any of them are or fhall be parties or privy, fhall be and enure, and shall be adjudged, deemed, conftrued, and taken, and fo are and were meant, and intended to be and enure, and are hereby declared and agreed, by and between all the faid parties to these prefents, to be and inure; and the recoveror and recoverors, in the faid recoveries named or to be named, and his or their heirs fhall ftand and be feifed of the fame manors, rectories, advowsons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premises, and of every of them, and of every part and parcel thereof, to the ufes hereinafter mentioned, expreffed, and declared, of and concerning the fame respectively; that is to fay, as to, for, and concerning all the aforefaid manors, rectories, and advowfons, and fuch of the faid meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premises, hereby mentioned to be hereby granted, bargained, and fold, as were comprized, or were intended to have been comprized in the aforefaid term of five hundred years, with their appurtenances, To the ufer and behoof of the faid H. H. his executors, administrators, and affighs, for all the reft and refidue yet to come and unexpired of the faid term, of five hundred years, without impeachment of, or for any

H. his executors, adminiftrators or affigns, of the faid fum of pounds principal money, with the legal intereft for the fame, at the time and place, and in manner in the fame indenture for that purpose limited and appointed; and as to, for and concerning all the reft and refidue of the faid, hereby, or mentioned to be hereby granted, bargained and fold, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premiffes, not comprised, or intended to have been comprifed, in the faid term of years, and from and after the end, expiration, or other fooner determination of the faid term of. years, and fubject thereunto, as to, for and concerning the faid manors, rectories, advowfons, meffuages, lands, tenements, tithes, hereditaments, and premifes comprised in the fame term, To the use and behoof of the faid A. For payment of money at one time.

HE CONDITION of this obligation is fuch, That if the

(and you may add, though a bond will carry intereft without mentioning it) with intereft for the fame after the rate of 51. per cent. per ann.
