T. is now willing and defirous to put an end to the faid caufe, and hath agreed to enter into arbitration bonds, to put all matters in difpute between them to be determined by W. G. Efq; and one of the council of the faid F. T. and in cafe they difagree, then to be left to the mafter of the faid court of Chancery, to whom the fame ftands referred as an umpire. NOW I the faid S.
