waters, water-courfes, hedges, ditches, fences, liberties, privileges, profits, commodities, advantages, emoluments, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatfoever, to the faid capital meffuage or farm-house, clofer, lands, hereditaments, and premifes, every and any part or parcel thereof, belonging, or in any wife appertaining, or therewith, or with any part thereof, ufed, occupied, poffeffed, or enjoyed, (all which faid capital meffuage, clofes, lands, hereditaments, and premifes, are now in the actual poffeffion of the faid G.
