nunciation of the Bleffed Virgin Mary now next enfuing, and from thence fully to be complete and ended, AT the yearly rent of pounds, payable quarterly in manner before-mentioned, free and clear of and from all manner of deductions and abatements for taxes whatfoever, or otherwise, at, under, and according to the feveral covenants he the faid 7. B. his executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, are fubject to in the leafe granted by the city of London, by which he holds the faid premises amongst others in the like manner and form as the faid J. B. hath granted leafes of the other premises adjoining to the said mefluage or tenement agreed to be demifed. AND it is agreed, that he the faid G. H. fhall not, nor will remove, take away, or alter the penthouse over the door of the said premifes, without the leave of the faid J. B. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, in writing first had and obtained. AND the faid G. H. for himself, his executors and adminiftrators, doth covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid J. B. his executors and adminiftrators, that he or they shall and will accept and take fuch lease of the faid premises upon the terms aforesaid, and fubject to the faid conditions aforefaid, and at the fame time execute a counterpart thereof, and at his and their own cofts and charges pay for the fame. AND the faid G. H. doth for himself, his executors and administrators, further covenant, promife, and agree to and with the faid . B. his executors and administrators, that he the faid G. H. fhall and will, well and truly, pay, or caufe to be paid to the faid 7. B. his executors and adminiftrators, the faid sum of pounds at the execution of the faid leafe above-mentioned. AND the faid 7. B. for himself, his executors and adminiftrators, doth, in confideration of the premises, covenant, promife, and agree, to and with the faid G. H. his executors and adminiftrators, in manner following, that is to fay, that he the faid f. B. fhall and will, on the execution of the faid leafe, pay, or allow, or caufe to be paid or allowed to the said G. H. his executors or adminiftrators, the full fum of pounds; which faid fum of pounds, it is hereby agreed, fhall be expended and laid out by the faid G. H. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, within the fpace of now next enfuing, in fuch alterations, improvements, and other matters and things, in, upon, or about the faid premifes, as he the faid G. H. his executors, administrators, or affigns, fhall think fit and neceffary; and which alterations and improvements fhall be and remain upon the faid premifes, and shall not be taken or removed away by him the faid G. H. his executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, after the expiration of the faid leafe, but shall be and remain a schedule to the

AND for the true performance of this agreement, each of the faid parties hereto doth hereby bind himfelf, his heirs, executors, and administrators, unto the other of them, his heirs, executors, and ad-miniftrators, who fhall make default in the performance hereof, in the penal fum of pounds, of lawful money of Great Britain, to be recovered against the party, his heirs, executors, or admininiftrators, making, fuch default in the full performance of this agreement. ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT, indented, had, made, concluded, and fully agreed upon, this -day of 1773, and in the, &c. between A. B. of, &c. of the one part, and C. D. of, &c. of the other part, as follows:

HEREAS the faid A. B. hath this day contracted and agreed to and with the faid C. D. for the abfolute fale of a mcffuage or tenement, and premifes, with the appurtenances, and ten acres of land fituate in———— -, at or for the price or fum of pounds, payable as herein after is particularly mentioned; NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS, and the faid A. B. for the confideration after-mentioned, doth hereby for himself, his heirs, executors, and adminiftrators, covenant, promife, and agree to and with the faid C. D. his heirs and affigns, in manner following, that is to say, that he the faid A. B. and his heirs, and all and every other perfon and perfons whatfoever, lawfully claiming, or to claim, any eftate or intereft in the faid premifes, or any part thereof, fhall, and will, on or before the day of - next enfuing, at the cofts and charges of the faid C. D. his heirs and affigns, by fome good and fufficient conveyance in the law, as the faid C. D. his heirs and affigns, or his or their counsel fhall advife, well and fufficiently grant, convey, and affure unto the faid C. D. his heirs and affigns, ALL, &'c. (the premifes.) AND the faid C. D. for himself, his heirs, executors, and administrators, doth hereby covenant, promife, and agree to and with the faid A. B. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, and affigns, that he the said C. D. his heirs, executors, or adminiftrators, fhall, and will, well and truly pay, or cause to be paid unto the faid A. B. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators, or affigns, the full fum of — pounds, on or before the faid day

HEREAS the faid C. P. hath agreed with the faid E. S. W. S. 7. W. and W. M. for the purchase of the premises herein after-mentioned, for the sum of pounds, to be paid to them on the — day of - next; NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS, that the faid E. S. S. W. 7. W. and W. AND ALSO ALL that meffuage or tenement, with the appurtenances, fituate, ftanding, and being in aforefaid. S. W. S. S. W. and W. M. their heirs or affigns, all the rent that now is, or fhall become due for the faid premifes, by virtue of the leafe under which the faid C. P. now holds the fame; and alfo perform all the covenants in the faid leafe contained, on the leffee or affignee's part to be paid and performed. AND for the true performance of the covenants and agreements herein contained on part of each other to be performed, each of the faid parties bindeth himself unto the other in the penal fum of pounds firmly by these prefen-s. AND ALSO, that the faid. 4. his heirs and affigns, fhall and will, within days next following the date hereof, produce and fhew forth to the faid C. C. or to fuch perfon or perfons as he fhall appoint, the deeds and writings concerning the faid lands and hereditaments, fo agreed and intended to be conveyed; and that no trees, wood, or underwood growing thereon, fhall be cut up or deftroyed, or any wafte, ftripe or fpoil, done or committed in any the houfes, gardens, orchards, fish-ponds, or any other part of the premifes from this time forward. IN CONSIDERATION whereof the faid C. C. for himself, his heirs, executors and adminiftrators, doth hereby covenant, promife and agree to and with the faid C. V. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, that he the faid C. C. his heirs, executors or adminiftrators, fhall and will, well and truly pay or caufe to be paid unto the faid 7. A. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators or affigns, the full fum of pounds, of lawful money of Great Britain, in manner and form following, that is to fay, upon his the faid .
