WORLD'S CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES.

At the end of the regular baseball season a special series of games for the World's Championship wis played in Chiago, on six successive days, in the second Week of October, between the winners of the National and American League series. the victories of both Chicago teams had aroused the enthusiasm of the inhabitants 10 a high pitch of excitement, and enormous crowds attended each game of the World's Championship series.
