Following is a list of the employees of the Board, with a schedule of their salaries for the year 1901. Under the graded system recently established by the Board all women clerks and visitors receive $600 per annum during the first five years of service, $700 during the second five years, and $800 thereafter; accountants and certified stenographers receive $700 per annum during the first five years, $800 during the second five years, and $900 thereafter; men visitors receive $1,000 per annum during the first five years, $1,200 during the second five years, and $1,400 thereafter. All other salaries are fixed from time to time by special vote of the Board. |
