Halaman 50 - ... personal correspondence. All packages of matter of the third class must be so wrapped, with open sides or ends, that their contents may be readily examined by postmasters.
Halaman 50 - Upon matter of the third class, or upon the wrapper inclosing the same, may be written the name and address of the sender, preceded by the word " from;" simple marks may be made to call attention to any special word or sentence.
