municipal year; and in case of a vacancy in said Board of Commissioners, by the death or resignation of either of the members so chosen, such vacancy shall be filled forthwith in the manner aforesaid.

SECT. 3. All investments of the moneys belonging to said Bridge Fund shall hereafter be made in Notes of the City of Cambridge, payable with interest at six per cent., to the order of said Commissioners for the time being.

All mortgage notes now belonging to said Fund shall be turned into money as soon as may be after their maturity, and all stocks and other securities shall likewise be turned into money as soon as the same can be done with advantage; and all such moneys, and any balance of income, shall be, from time to time, invested as aforesaid.

SECT. 4. So much of the Ordinance to which this Ordinance is in addition as is inconsistent herewith, is hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE

IN ADDITION TO THE "ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO STREETS."

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Cambridge, as follows:

SECT. 1. No person shall move, or assist in moving, any house, or other building, through or upon any Street in the City, unless a written license therefor has been first obtained, specifying the terms and conditions on which such removal may be made.

SECT. 2. Such license may be granted by the Mayor and Aldermen at any time when they are in session, or at any other time by the Mayor, with the consent and approbation of an Alderman residing in the ward where such building 'is situated.

SECT. 3. Any person who shall offend against any of the Penalty. provisions contained in the first section of this Ordinance, shall forfeit and pay, for each offence, a sum not exceeding twenty dollars.

SECT. 4. The sixteenth section of the ordinance to which Repeal. this is in addition is hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE

IN ADDITION TO "AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO THE KEEP-
ING OF SWINE."

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Cambridge, as follows:

SECT. 1. No swine shall be kept within the limits of the City of Cambridge, without a license first obtained therefor from the Mayor and Aldermen, and then only in such place and manner as they shall direct.

SECT. 2. Any and every person who shall keep any swine in any place in the City of Cambridge, without first having obtained a license therefor, or in any other place or manner than directed by the Mayor and Aldermen, shall forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding twenty dollars, for each and every day during which he shall so keep the same or any of them.

SECT. 3. The first and second sections of the Ordinance to which this Ordinance is in addition are hereby repealed.

SECT. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after the first day of June next.
