The People of the State of New York, represented in Se- nate and Assembly, do enaci as follows: § 1. The terms of the court of common pleas and ral sessions of the peace of the county of Chenango, shall hereafter be held on the second Mondays of February, June and October, in each year, instead of the terms heretofore § 2. All writs, process, notices and recognizances, or other proceedings in said courts of common pleas and gene- ral sessions, returnable or to be heard on the second Tues- day of February next, shall be considered as returnable and |
