Halaman 70 - ... agencies of Federal and local governments for the maintenance of buffer zones around the parks where predators are not subject to systematic control, these negotiations have been only partially successful. The effort to protect large predators in and around the parks should be greatly intensified.
Halaman 91 - ... We urge the National Park Service to reverse its policy of permitting these non-conforming uses, and to liquidate them as expeditiously as possible (painful as this will be to concessionaires).
Halaman 102 - No member of or delegate to Congress or resident commissioner, shall be admitted to any share or part of this Agreement, or to any benefit that may arise therefrom; but this provision shall not be construed to extend to this Agreement if made with a corporation for its general benefit.
