MISCELLANEOUS DOCUMENTS AGREEMENT OF G. W. PHELPS TO SELL LAND TO THE UNION COLONY. 1 Denver Col. Mch. 25, 1870 I hereby agree and bind myself to sell & convey to the Union Colony, or its representatives, the following tracts or parcels of land situate in Weld County Colorado; to wit: S.E. 4 Sec 31, Town 6 N.R 65 W; and N. E. 14 Sec 6, & S E 14 of N W 14 Sec 6 Town 5 N. R. 65 W.; also the undivided one third of S.E 14 Sec 8 Town 5 N R 65 W., provided said colony shall within thirty days from this date agree to purchase said lands at ten dollars per acre. E 14 Sec 32, Town 6 North of Range 65 Weest, in Weld county, Colorado, at fifteen dollars per acre provided said colony shall within thirty days from this date agree to purchase said land at said price Denver Land.
