R. 17071) authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Mahoning River near New Castle, Lawrence County, Pa., having considered and amended the same, report thereon with a recommendation that it pass. Amend the title to read as follows: A bill granting the consent of Congress to the State Highway Department of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free hignway bridge across the Mahoning River near New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, The bill has the approval of the War and Agriculture Departments, as will appear by the letters attached. This bill would authorize the State Highway Department of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto on Pennsylvania State Highway Route No. 18, across the Mahoning River at a point just south of New Castle, Lawrence County, Pa., now served by a structure known as the Willow Grove Bridge. Favorable action on the bill is recommended.
