WHEREAS, Sundry citizens of the Town of Huntsville, have petitioned the General Assembly to pass an act so altering the Preamble. act incorporating said Town, as to give the election of Town Constable to the people: And, whereas, sundry other citizens of said Town have petitioned the General Assembly against the proposed alteration.
