In the Matter of the Hearing, on motion of the Commission, as to rates, charges and rentals, and the regulations and practices affecting the rates, charges and rentals of the NEW YORK TELEPHONE COMPANY. [Case No. 377.]

Petition or Complaint of NEW YORK TELEPHONE COMPANY in respect to increasing rates, charges, tolls and rentals to be charged by it for telephone service in New York city. No. 7720.]
