42 Saying, 'If thou 10 that thou also wouldst (see note [c] ch. xii.) hadst known, even thou, at least in this yet consider and lay to heart, before it is too late, even in this critical time, what concerns thy future tranthy day, the things which belong unto quillity and prosperity so much! but thou dost not at thy peace! but now all consider it.

43 For the days 43, 44. And now what remains?
