SEC. 142. A person who directly or indirectly gives intoxicating liquor to a freeman with intent to influence his vote at an election specified in the preceding section or as a reward for the same, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars.

SEC. 143. A person who on the same day votes in more towns than one for the same officers shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars.

SEC. 144. A person who knowingly gives any false presiding officer answer or information to the presiding officer in a freemen's or board, on right meeting or the authority present to decide upon the qualifications of voters, touching a person's right to vote at such election shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars. SEC. 145. A presiding officer in a town, village, school receiving illegal district, or freemen's meeting who knowingly receives and counts a vote from a person not a qualified voter, or knowingly receives from a voter, at any one balloting for the same office, more than one vote shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars if the offense is committed in town, village or school district meeting and not more than five hundred dollars if the offense is committed in freemen's meeting.
