Dr. ANDREWS, of Illinois, from the Committee on Military Hygiene, submitted a report on Hygiene of Military Hospitals, which, on motion, was referred to the Association for publication. Dr. JOHN H. GRISCOM, of New York, presented a paper on the Physiological and Dietetical Properties of Phosphorus, which was, on motion, referred to the Association for publication.
