Kline be appointed a committee on publication of scientific contributions of the State Board and the institutions, and that their names be attached to the volume of contributions, chosen by them from the list of State publications, with the following note: The publications of the State Board of Insanity presented herewith have been chosen by the undersigned as representative of certain phases of the public work of the State Board of Insanity and the institutions under its control.
